Coin Drive at Moore

The Moore Environmental Club will be holding a coin drive to help the Save the Manatee Foundation beginning on Monday, November 4th and running until Friday, November 8th.  Money can be turned in to your child's homeroom teacher.  All of the money collected will be donated to the Save the Manatee Foundation, and we hope to raise enough money for Moore Elementary to adopt our very own manatee.  Thank you for your support.  We hope you will participate in this great environmental cause.

Parent Visitation

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, we will be holding our Parent Visitations at our schools.  Please remember to "sign-in" at the table in the Main Lobby.  We will have Moore Elementary car magnets for sale - $3/each or 2 for $5!

This is just a friendly reminder that only custodial parents and guardians are permitted to come in for parent visitation.  This refers to the adults in the student's life that makes "educational decisions".  Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, siblings, etc...unless you are a legal guardian, are not permitted to attend.  We realize that this may be disappointing to some, and we apologize in advance.

If you have a question as to whether you qualify, please feel free to contact the Main Office.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing your at Parent Visitation!

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS - Change of Bus Line-Up

We wanted to inform parents that as of today (Monday, October 7th), we are making a slight adjustment to two (2) of our buses with regards to dismissal times.

Bus #20 will now be dismissed at the 2nd bell - which is approximately 3:35pm.  Bus #21 will now be dismissed at the 1st bell - which is approximately 3:25pm.  This will make a difference the in arrival times for the PM bus drop-offs - so please make any necessary adjustments to your schedules so as to meet your students at their stop.

These are the only two (2) buses being changed...and the morning pick-up times are not being effected.
