n Local By-Laws Amendments, Chair
1. Rachel Karc was voted in as the new Moore PTA Vice President #2
2. Verbage changes pertaining to the new Vice President #2 position were approved.
n Approval of September and October Minutes.
n Principal's Report, Mr. Dimmick
1.Working with Mr. Kovalchik on concerns brought up at last meeting.
a) Trying to incorportate more fun educational opportunities around holidays and PSSA's.
2. Board is moving ahead with Middle School plans. Timeline scheduled to be built in three years.
3. Open to ideas about programs you'd like to see at Moore, such as foreign language.
4. Big thank you to all volunteers and for the PTA for supporting the Box-Out bullying program.
5. Exploring a “Grandparents Day” during school.
6. Board policy 916 gives specific details about volunteer clearances.

c) Need baker's for council reflections program Thursday, January 12th 2012.
3. Holiday Stop & Shop/Vendor Fair
a) Tuesday, November 15th 4-9pm.
4. Book Fair, Michelle Beil
a) November 11-17th
5. Holiday Party, Rachel Karc/Lynne Auger
a) Saturday, December 3 9-11:30
b) Santa and Lehigh Valley Zoo Presentation
6. Health & Wellness, Donna Rimby
a) January 9th or 30th Health Fair
b) Entire community welcome
c) Local people in this field will be providing information
d) November 30th is the next Health Fair planning meeting
7. 6th Grade
a) Halloween Dance & Trunk or Treat & Pancake Breakfast all went over very well.
8. Need New Chair for the following:
a) Pumpkin Painting with Pop
b) Parent Volunteer
c) Holiday Party
n Treasurer's Report, Heather Davidson
1. Anyone who is collecting money for events, the money needs to be in by a week after the event.
2. Expenses will be paid after the event is over.
3. Deposit slips and check requisition slips in file box in the office under FORMS.
