n  Meeting called  to order  9 hrs.05min.am,     Chair

n  Approval of  minutes will occer next meeting  

n  Principal's Report,           Mr. Dimmick

            1.  Meeiting at 6pm on Thursday 12-6-12 about Middle School Project. 

                  2.  T-shirts purchased for all staff/students for SWPBS program

3.  Volunteers coming in Friday to sort and deliver t-shirts

4.  Monday, December 17^th, Moore Pride week, wear t-shirts

n Committee Reports

1.      Membership,           Lynn Kessler

                 a)  239 members

                 b)  Drawing Winners:   Mrs. Kramer, Betty Oakes, Rachel Kulp

2.  Veteran's Day,           Mr. Mushlitz/Rachel Karc/Stacy Harrison

      a)  Plan $1000 in budget for it

      b)  Alternate the laser show with something else yearly to keep it fresh

3.  In-School Programs       Rachel Karc

      a)  Sponsored a Bully program last week

      b)  L.V. Zoo, DaVinci Center, and Franklin Institute coming in for variouis grade programs.

      c)  In March we are sponsored a mobile agriculture lab

     d)  Local author going to come in the spring, giving out books and older grades will do a canvas illustration

     e)  Mr. Bendekovits is going to be contacted about providing the school with facetime workshops/instructions for the grades.

                        a)  June 4^th  2013

                   5.  Kid's Holiday Shop,    Rhonda Tucker

                        a)  Went very well this year

                   6.  Holiday Party,        Rachel Lilly

                        a)  Friday, December 14^th,  Need Volunteers for help during party

                        b)  Need Baked Goods

                   7.  Fundraising

                        a)  Book Fair,        Michelle Beil

                                  1.  $2094 profit

                        b)  Kidstuff,            Katicia Rothrock/Dianna Schoenen

                                  1.  $3687.50 profit

                        c)  Celebrating Home,         Sherri Stuhldreher

                                1.  $2915 profit

                        d)  Gertrude Hawk,    

                                 1.  If interested in being on this committee or chairing it, please contact

                                     us.  It is our biggest fundraiser of the year, plus they are very easy to

                                     work with-bonus free chocolate for chairing:)))

1.  Make sure that all activities and events are coordinated with the office.
